Only on Day 2 of my baseline week and I think I’ve found the culprit.
5’4 F, 143 lbs. GW1 - 125. I’m one of those people who struggles with getting even a day under my belt (and when I do, I struggle with getting a week.) So this time I decided to do a baseline week and change something the next week.
I’m logging all food even though I’m getting numbers well into the 2000s. The culprits are just what I suspected: 1) snacks and snacks and snacks and 2) eating like a starving wolf all. The. Time. Whether I’m hungry or not. You put food in front of me, and BOOM! It’s gone. Quick as a flash. I don’t even taste it half the time.
I told myself I’d have a baseline week and work on making changes, one at a time, starting next week. I’ve been struggling with this for months so here goes nothing. One thing is for sure: I trust the process. I’d like to lose weight more quickly, of course, but trying to change everything at once has gotten me nowhere. I trust this process.
