Anyone else just meet their caloric requirements very early in the day?

6'0 male. I am only 3 days into my diet. SW: 185.4. GW: 165. I am eating 2000 calories a day and tracking/weighing calories through an app. So far my diet is going smoothly. All whole foods like sweet potatoes, eggs, fish, veggies, etc. I've been taking long walks, started doing some pushups, and I have a pull-up bar coming in soon. I also do some core exercises. Anyway, as far as dieting is concerned, I've found myself somewhat obsessed with always thinking about food and obediently tracking things. Something I read about was OMAD but I'm too impatient to wait that long in the evening. So what has been happening with me is I'll do a big breakfast of 1000 calories and a big lunch of 1000 calories...hit my deficit. I like to "get it over with" so I don't have to track the rest of the day. For instance, yesterday I finished all my calories by 2PM. I am now free to do whatever I want to do the rest of the day and don't have to track anything. All I gotta do is not cheat which I don't plan too. The obvious drawback of this is hunger increases late in the day and sometimes I've trouble falling asleep due to it. By night, all I can think about is breakfast lol.
