Back at it

So I'm back at it after putting back on some weight.

This will be a bit of a long one, so sorry in advance.

At my biggest I was 220-230 lbs and 5 ft 7, had a 42 inch waist. I was big, much bigger than I had any real clue of. My wife and I had gotten lazy and had eaten nothing but pasta and pizza for about six years. Without even really trying to I went from 230 to around 190ish, then we went to a concert and my wife fell head over heels for the lead singer of the band. I know I can get to that kind of shape, I know I can because I was super close the last time I did this.

I managed to get down to 135 during lockdown, but I also wasn't exercising, so I lost all the mass that i had managed over the years of going to the gym as well. Well I have a set of power blocks now, and am back up to 147-148. I will drop the weight to get to my goal BMI and then put some of my bulk back on. I weighted 154 a month ago, so we are headed in the right direction.
