My First Ten Pounds!!

I’m so excited I could scream and jump off the walls! Last time I posted here, I talked about how I discovered that stressors are a major factor in my weight gain. After a self-evaluation on dealing with stressors the moment they come, lowering my portions and a new physical summer job where I’m constantly on the move, I’ve finally made it to my first milestone. When I look in the mirror, it’s hard to notice any major differences because of how gradual it is. Everyday, I remind myself that changes are always happening with a better lifestyle, even if it’s not a visual change. This mindset has helped me make it this far, and I hope by the end of august I’ll have helped my body even more and start hitting the gym!
