Can someone help me?
I'm a 6'1-2" male, I weigh 180, and I'm 15 years old. I've been starting to workout with weights and being more active outside. I have been eating like 1700-2000 cals a day but since I'm working out I don't know if I should eat more or not. I'm still trying to lose fat but still build muscle at the same time. Should I be eating more or just the same amount? I've been doing upper body workouts and lower body workouts as well. I am doing 1 day upper body, next day lower, then rest the same process repeats. I'm not sure if I should be doing something else to lose fat and gain muscle or not. I'm not sure if you can even do both at the same time. I'm new to all this stuff and any feedback is helpful. should I not worry about losing the fat and just focus on gaining muscle or should I keep trying to just lose the fat and then workout with weights to get muscle? thank you!
