Do only calories matter?
Hi everyone!
So at 255 pounds and obese, I’ve just started the journey towards 188 pounds (my end goal) and I’ve also recently enrolled in Noom.
I’ve been reading on Noom a lot about how calorie count is the way to go. Now based on Noom and multiple calculators on the internet, the I should be restricting myself to under 1800 calories a day.
But no where does it mention about other factors like cholesterol, fat, sodium etc. does this mean that if I eat one pizza a day, I’d still lose weight or if I drink 5 milk shakes a day, I’d still lose weight?
How do you strike a balance between calories and other factors?
