If you've fallen off the wagon and get back on it, can you share your story?

I fell of pretty hard, i was around 10 lbs away from my goal and i think i gained 10 lbs (maybe more :/ ). Im trying to get back on track again, today was a success and i feel good but im still a bit worried i might fall off again. If you've been through this you know how annoying and discouraging this can be, especially if you're short lol. I really want to hear some inspiring stories about this, also, it's discouraging to know your fitness level has gone down. Well nothing i can do about the past though, i know just have to move forward and pretend all of this never happened and treat everyday like day 1, but i could use some inspiration.
