Question about what to do.
Hi folks,
i got a problem. I am 40, male 6'3'' and have a weight of ~245 lbs. By october last year i was at ~280 lbs but managed to get down a bit.
Now BMI / Doctor says i should have a weight between 152 to 192 lbs, but i do sports regularly, 2-3 times a week in a professional gym, and have also have a active job. I get weighed every 6-8 weeks and the gyms scale says i am ~175lbs partial muscle mass and ~70 lbs are fat.
I dont know how to drop more weight.
I eat every morning oatmeal with fruits and milk / yogurt, lunch is either tuna, chicken or beef with rice and some salad. Evenings sometimes chicken with salad or only a protein shake.
What should i do? I rarely eat sweets or junkfood. If i reduce protein my trainer said the muscle mass will get less over time and be replaced with fat.
