Reduce or higher daily calories?

Hey guys, hope y’all are doing great. First of all I’m female, 170cm height and around 80kg. Been doing body recomp for a year and a bit longer. I ate back then 1800 calories, after a time increased it (due to no changes in my weight or physique) to 2100 and stuck with it till now. Lately I’ve been struggling with my hunger/appetite, I’m more hungry than ever. That’s also happened back then and was also a reason for switching from 1800 to 2100. Now I think about increasing it but I’m unsure if I should. Maybe it’s just a phase? Or could it be because of muscle gain? I’m working out 5x a week (30-45min each day) with yt workouts. I’ll hit the gym too this week to use heavier weights. Also, my maintenance calorie is about 2500 if someone needed that information. I appreciate every little help!
