What am I doing wrong?

Hey everyone,

I’m 23F, and 5’5, 147lbs. I’ve been through 3 separate trainers, all haven’t really been successful even though I’ve properly followed their plans. I have really horrible IBS which makes my bloating and meal plans pretty tight. I’ve been in a caloric deficit for a little over a year now - consuming probably 1400-1800 depending on the day.

The rest of my body is visibly lean, but my stomach and waist is much wider and very chubby, wiggly. I don’t know why and I really don’t understand it as I’m statistically doing everything correctly, tracking all my calories, getting in my protein, weight training and cardio 5 days a week, etc.

It seems like no matter what I do the belly fat remains and it still stays bloated while the rest of me is so lean.

Any tips? Has anyone been through this where they’ve literally tried everything? My last resort is lipo. I’m so tired of restricting and working my ass off at the gym only to grab my rolls and wonder if any of it is even worth it.
