300+ lbs 22 yearly on a 1500 calorie

Hey guys! So I am currently sitting at 316 lbs, 14 lbs down from 330 that I was on the 20th of September (Last Month). My question is that I am using My fitness pal to track calories and I am aiming for 1500 cals per day. I know its pretty low since with the TDEE Cal its telling me I need about 3000 cals to maintain. so I am eating about half of what I should to maintain. I understand a calorie deficit should be between 200-500 cals but honestly I am getting full with my two meals each about 600 cal plus some fruit to make it roughly 1500 cals. To me I am not starving myself since I don't feels sluggish, don't have any energy loss, in fact im hitting the gym about 6 times a week. 3 days weight training, two days slow cardio (ex: 30 mins elliptical, 30 mins incline walk). Obviously I feel hungry after workouts but that's how I have my meals scheduled. I have coffee (black) for breakfast and don't eat till 4 pm, not a fan of breakfast then work out at 8 pm, and have my dinner around 10 once I get home. So basically I find sources telling me I need to eat closer to maintenance but always in a deficit. I feel fine with 1500 cals, I fill full, usually meals have protein such as 8 oz ground turkey, 1 chicken breast, or 8 0z bison ground beef and then have two 50 cal tortillas (for carbs and fiber) and a handful of spinach. Sometime I add in 1/2 cup egg whites with low fat cheese and those are my meals, two of them a day. I feel like the protein is what fills me up and I don't know if any of you have been so heavy but been able to just eat half your maintenance like I am. Cheers!
