Getting started on losing weight in a healthy way and being healthy in general
For around 9 years I haven't ate well, I started restricting my food intake because of comments on my weight, I'm 18 now, just now realizing that I could have an eating disorder, but the thing is I never drastically lost weight, I have all the signs of anorexia expect being underweight, or losing weight drastically. I want to get better, but I'm scared that if I eat more, I'll gain weight, I eat around 1000 calories or less, I'm always tired and exhausted, my energy runs out in 2 hours, but I want to change, I want to be healthy, but I don't know where to start.
I'm 141cm and weigh 57kg, I know everyone is different and that I should probably go to a nutritionist, but I don't have the money to do so right now, but I can't continue like this.
I also can't eat as much, I get full easily.
I've always heard of calorie deficit, but I don't really know much about it.
If anyone has any tips on what to eat, or any tips on how to really lose weight in a healthy way and get better, please let me know, I'd love to hear any advice! Some encouragement would be really nice too if possible hahaš
