Gym advice needed

So as of June 2020 to now I have lost roughly 105 pounds. Starting weight was around 330ish and now weighing in around 225-230. So, over the course of the last 3 months I’ve unfortunately suffered a decent wrist sprain and a horrific ankle sprain. These injuries have kept me out of the gym for months now. But, I believe it’s time to get back into the swing of things. I was wondering if anyone could help me with specific exercises needed for a back/bi, chest/tri, and shoulder split. My ankle is unfortunately still recovering now even after 8ish weeks and will have to skip legs until it’s fully healed. Thanks in advance!
