If any, what habits have you replaced with eating?

I eat when I’m bored. I know the root problem here. So I’ve decided to replace this habit with something [a lot] more healthy.

I’m going to be digging into rollerblading. They always say just find a fun physical activity and stick with it. Well, I’ve loved skating since I was a child. I’ve been researching it for a while so I think I can take the best precautions.

So whenever I get that urge to just eat for no reason, I’m gonna put on the skates and head out. Let’s hope this habit is successful!
