Lost weight but look the same, if not bigger
5'9" SW: 200lbs CW:138 lbs GW: 130 lbs
I started losing weight July last year, and for most of it I was eating WAY too little, so I lost a lot of muscle, and didn't start with much muscle in the first place (when I first started one push-up literally left me sore for a week). Around the halfway point I realized that I need to find a healthier way to lose weight, so I stopped counting calories (to avoid getting too obsessive, which is what works for me) and listened to my body instead, while eating more fiber and protein to feel fuller. I'm now fluctuating between 135-138 lbs, and I was comparing progress photos from now and a few months ago, and I look the exact same, even though there's a 10 lb difference. I don't like resistance training, but I've tried to incorporate it a little bit and work my way up, but it seems like I'm not losing inches, though I've lost weight. I understand body recomposition is what I need to be working on since I'm close to my goal weight, but it's not working. What should I do?
