Needing to lose weight for AFROTC

Hello everyone. I am 20 years old and weight 177. I am currently in Air Force ROTC at my college and need to meet weight standards by February. I need to be 155 MAX, so that means I have to lose 22 pounds :(. I am not really unhealthy, they do tape but muscle doesn't go into account so apparently my BMI is like 34% (Im actually around 27%). I don't drink soda, eat sweets (very rarely I do) , workout 4-5x a week. I just really want everyones insight on how they lost weight? Honestly I just want to cut the weight quick , then longterm implement healthier habits. I hate that I am on a time crunch :( I don't know my calorie deficit to lose as much weight as possible. I have tried some calculators , but I get different answers. I have been fluctuating from eating 1200-1500 and I would love to know an exact number so I can stick to it. Sorry this is all over the place, I would appreciate everyone's input.
