So I lost 10lbs and I’m keeping it a secret.

I’ve managed to lose 10lbs over the past 6 or so weeks and I feel really insanely good about it. I know in my head that this is only a small step in a large journey and that I haven’t been following my diet perfectly, but god it felt so good to see on my fitness app.

I’m not telling anyone in my life yet, because I don’t want the swarm of unsolicited advice or to feel expectations from others in the future. But I have been following this community for a while and love the way you all uplift each other and I knew this would be a safe space to share my achievement.

Also just so everyone knows, I’m currently on a 750 calorie deficit diet that I stick to 95% of the time. I also walk a little over 10,000 steps at least 6 days a week.
