Starting
Hello all I recently discovered this forum and its really motivated me to lose weight . Im 16(M) , 6’1 and i weigh 250 pounds. I’ve been overweight my whole life and I am growing older and realising that my chance to lose it is now and it’s going to get increasingly difficult as i get older.
Seeing everyone’s progress has really motivated me to start making better choices for myself, and I know that I still have time to get myself together but I need to start now . I have managed to pinpoint exactly what made me put on the weight and I think I know what I’m going to do to lose it. Any tips and advice on how to keep on track and stay motivated would be really helpful thank you so much
