Time to shred!

So I'm sadly coming to terms, all the weight I lost ( from 14st to 11st in a month and a half) has come back with a vengeance I'm mtf trans so am now on eostrogen and testosterone blockers so I'm putting on weight easier and losing it is harder...I'm now up to 15st in about two months...ugh for my surgery I need to be 11st 5ib. So...from today, I'm going with the 5 apples, a couple strawberries, phenylethylamine and amino NRG from the protein works throughout the day and a nice big steak at the end of the day before my workout. Then burning at least 200 cals at the gym by doing purely cardio HIIT ( the steak is to help maintain muscle mass ) so hopefully I should see some results !!! Any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated!!
