Stuck on my last bit of body fat

Heyy guys, hope you all are doing well, I am finding it very hard to lose last bit of my fat on my upper body I feel like nothing is helping me so I would like to get some advice here.

I workout 4x to 5x a week in a gym (if not in lockdown) I run on treadmill for about 30 minutes with 10 minutes of walking at inclined position. I use elliptical machine for about 15 to 20 minutes

(The timing and speed on these instruments changes every month)

I don't believe I have a very bad diet other than that I can't give up on desserts note please I try to pay attention to hidden sugar as well so I am not getting sugar from any other way than my desserts.

I only consume 1 - 2 meal a day sometimes I include snacking in between but it rarely happens please note I am not on a extreme diet I just don't need much food to function so I am more than active on 1-2 meals a day.

I have limited amount of carbs but I just kind seem to go below 65kg my legs are pretty slim as i easily lose weight there its my upper body such as my arms, stomach area and back that barely show any changes since last 2 years.

I have been on intermittent fasting as well but it doesn't do anything to me.

My height is 5'7

Any advice that I can try?
