What were some of the most rewarding things about losing weight: things that you anticipated and things that surprised you?

25F here, and really curious to hear what everyone’s experiences have been like!

1) What did you anticipate would be benefits that actually happened for you? (E.g., liking clothes shopping instead of hating it, being more comfortable at the pool, etc.)

2) What did you not think about or not expect to be a benefit of losing weight, and it in turn surprised you? (E.g., I’ve heard people say that they were surprised to see how much friendlier people were toward them)

3) Lastly...curious how old you were when you finally lost weight, and what the official kicker was to motivate you?
