Hi guys! I’ve been on a health journey for a while now. Have been on a caloric deficit diet mostly eggs and chicken, I’m even doing intermittent fasting (depending on my daily schedule). I’m not working out right now tho just long walks here and there. The thing is I am loosing inches, like my clothes are getting looser and my parents, ppl around me have been saying too that it is evident that I’m loosing BUT when I step on the scale, the number is going up! I googled the issue but it said that it could be muscle gain but like I mentioned before I have not been working out. This is really stressing me out guys please help 🥺😢
My info: - 25 female - 5’3 - current weight on scale: 215 lbs
