Question about losing my muffin top
I’m seeing a lot of results in my legs, chest, shoulders but my belly pooch is still large and in charge.
I hear that belly fat is the last to go because it protects your vital organs, which is why it’s so stubborn to get off your body. I’m not trying to look for a miracle cure, but I’m wondering if I should be doing anything different?
Should I do core workouts? Should I increase my high intensity cardio? Should I adjust my diet? Any advice would be appreciated.
I used to be an apple shape with fat distributed everywhere in my arms, thighs and belly. Now I’m looking more like a pear shape.

Current weight is 195, goal weight is 150ish or whatever is sustainable for my body at a moderate lean look.
Female, 5’8 and 33.
Calories: 1500-1800 per day.
Diet is usually high protein, moderate fat and low carb on cardio days or high protein, moderate carb and low fat on strength days. I don’t really go crazy with my macros. I just make sure I get enough protein.
