10 months and 125lbs gone
On Sept 1, 2020 I stepped on the scale and weighed 311.6lbs. As of this morning I weigh 186.6lbs. For those that want to do the math go ahead. For the rest that's 125lbs lost in 10 months, working full time during a world wide pandemic, through diet and exercise. At 47yrs old. I used Noom to track everything that went into my mouth. I also worked out every single day. I started with swimming then spinning/rowing, lifting, HIIT etc. If it wasn't for the support of my wife and kids this wouldn't have been possible. We built my workouts and meal plans into the family equation and it works. Any way, the pictures speak for themselves. We'll see what the next few months bring. https://imgur.com/a/jNVdSmd/
