I gained 9 lbs in a week. How tf do I get this off??!

SW: 289.2 GW: 250/130. 26F.

First it was 3-5 lbs now it’s up to 9 lbs. I’m back up to where I started and I want to scream. I said I would never get back to 280 and now I’m almost to 290. On Monday I’m getting back to the gym to strictly do cardio, Since weights are making me gain extra weight. I like doing Caroline Girvan but I lose more by doing her HIIT workouts. So I will wait to do weights until I lose 10 lbs maybe, I should wait until I lose 30 lbs so I don’t keep gaining muscle fat. Starting tonight I’m doing my meal prep so I pray that helps to drop a few, I will start slim fast again as well to clear my system. This will take months to drop 10 lbs but I’m hoping it won’t take too long, A few weeks once I get back to the gym. I’m so tired of this. I’m trying hard to train and lose weight only to kick my ass to gain it ALL back! I refuse to give up like I used to and it makes me want to keep going even more. I’m even MORE motivated! I need to lose 100 lbs in the next 10 months, I really need to stop skipping days. If I can’t workout I’ll go for a long walk for 45 minutes instead. I lose weight faster whenever I do cardio, I noticed. So I will take an hour on the gym bike and go walking on days I don’t go to the gym. I’m just not ready for huge muscle training, Maybe 2-3x a week for 20 minutes but not every day.

I hope this will help me drop a few pounds in the next 2 weeks. No more cheat meals, As much as I’m tempted. I go for a night out every Thursday, Though I try to every Friday. I will try to go for a healthier options instead of the heavy burgers.

I think I will only check my weight every Monday and Friday. So it’ll give me time for the scale to drop and I won’t be so mad when it doesn’t move during the week.
