Don't know where to go from here
Hi Everyone just wanted to make a quick post because honestly I'm in kind of a tough spot right now. Earlier this year I was weighing near 320 and I decided it was time to lose some weight, so I lost some joined this subreddit and lost some more. Everything was going amazing I had my sleep down well, my exercise routines down, I was cooking and eating well. I was losing weight and feeling great and then in person things started happening again. I started going back to classes in person, and I had to start working full time because my dad has been needing a lot of financial help lately on top of all the other money that I need. I still work remote which I'm very grateful for, but in person school is honestly so exhausting I forgot how much I hated this. Full time classes and Full time work are making me go back to my old food and exercise habits, what do I do?
