Motivation help !
29F, 5’5”, SW:12st8, CW:12st8, GW:10st7. Full time desk job with kids
Like many, diet and exercise has a huge effect on my life and I often go from one extreme to the other in terms of eating healthy for a while and then eating rubbish for a while.
Over lockdown I’ve put on a decent bit of weight (around 2 stone) and I’m absolutely stuck in a rut. I just can’t be bothered exercising after long days of working full time and parenting and even more so during the dark cold and wet nights, I just want to snack on the couch 😂.
I’d love to know how others find the motivation to eat healthy and exercise? And how do you keep this up?
